Swiss company 3Q has partnered with Omega Africa to launch the 3Q LC0725B tablet in South Africa and sub-Saharan Africa.

The tablet is great for users who are looking for an affordable device with advanced features, thanks to the 1GHz processor and the Android operating system.

Equipped with a powerful AML8726-M3 Cortex A9 1GHz processor and 512Mb of DDR3 memory, the tablet runs the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, which has been developed specifically for mobile devices.

The elegant and stylish tablet measures 192mm x 117,6mm x 11,3mm and weighs just 330 grams.

The tablet has a 7-inch multi-touch screen, which is capacitive in two points, and offers a resolution of 800 x 480.

With the built-in accelerometer, users can control games and applications with ease.

Users are able to enjoy their favourite content, such as music, videos, e-books, pictures and applications, on the tablet, which supports Adobe Flash.
